Orders & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, while international shipments may take 7–21 days. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact support immediately. Changes are only possible before the order is processed and shipped.
Some items are available for pre-order. Availability will be indicated on the product page.

Returns, Refunds & Disputes

Only sealed and unopened packages (research-use products) can be returned within 7 business days. Customers cover return shipping and must provide a tracking number. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
Contact support immediately with your order number and description. We will provide instructions for returning or replacing the item.
